Krakauer uses many siurces and evidence to help with his "analysis" of McCandless, which shows the reader different perspectives, and more proof to help them believe and try to understand McCandless' amazing journey. In conclusion. krakauer writes his novel as an expository for deep analysis of McCandless and to explain why he did it.
